Ashwin leads Blueocean Market Intelligence and Cross-Tab Marketing Services.
Ashwin invested into Cross-Tab when it was a start-up and subsequently joined the company's Board and Management Team. Ashwin has led and architected the growth of Blueocean Market Intelligence since its inception into the analytics and insights powerhouse it is today. His vision is to have Blueocean Market Intelligence drive the culture of decision making based on analytics and market intelligence in today's increasingly flat world.
Ashwin has prior experience in strategy consulting and in the corporate world in India and in the US. He has received several awards for individual and corporate excellence from leading global authorities and has spoken at global industry forums on driving business impact through analytics. Besides work, Ashwin is involved in various CSR activities relating to children's education and angel investing to promote entrepreneurial ideas.

Ajith has over 16 years of experience in market research and business consulting, and leads Blueocean's Market Intelligence Business Unit with a team of 210 market researchers and analysts. Previously, he was the Head of Software and Services Research at IDC India, and a Senior Consultant with Deloitte. Ajith has Bachelor of Technology degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA in Marketing. He is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC), a certification awarded by the Institute of Management Consultants, India, a member institute of International Council of Management Consulting Institutes (ICMCI).
Senior Vice President - Digital
Anees leads the Digital and Advance Analytics practice and brings over 20 years of experience to Blueocean Market Intelligence. He has worked with numerous global Fortune 500 clients across various industries, including Retail, Travel and Hospitality, Telecommunications and Technology, Media and eCommerce.
In his tenure, he has setup global digital and analytics delivery hubs for clients. He has worked with clients to drive impact to their business by enabling them with innovative solutions and practices. At Blueocean and in his previous organizations he has launched award winning and industry recognized practices and solutions. He is currently focusing on leveraging artificial intelligence to create disruption in the space of digital. Apart from strong digital domain and analytics background, Anees is also certified on Lean Six Sigma with a MBA from NMIMS, Mumbai.
Senior Vice President - Life Sciences
Suchitra has over 15 years of experience and brings solid business acumen and consulting expertise to Blueocean Market Intelligence that she gained during her previous assignments at Infosys, NuWare, neoIT and most recently Manthan Services. She has a strong background in the life sciences and co-founded StrataPRO Analytics and Consulting, a consulting firm engaged in providing strategy driven decision support to the pharmaceutical and biotech companies. Suchitra has a Master of Business Administration from Louisiana Tech University.
Head of Americas
As the Head of Americas, Anish Nanavaty oversees client services and key accounts in North America. Before he joined Blueocean Market Intelligence, he was involved in a number of entrepreneurial ventures, including advisory board member with Apex Decisions, Inc., a decision science company. Anish also invested in and led the North America operations for the Born Group, a private equity backed digital/e-commerce agency with a global delivery footprint providing a broad range of creative and technology development services to Fortune 100 marketers. Anish started his professional life in the strategy consulting industry. His experience has spanned a number of industry verticals and geographies with stints at Monitor Consulting and Mars & Co. He was one of the founding senior executives of WNS Global Services, where he helped build WNS' presence in North America from scratch, closing deals with Fortune 100 companies that represented over half a billion dollars in contract value. As CEO of the Research and Analytics unit, he led a $40 million business that provided marketing decision support services to global brands. Anish has a Bachelor Degree in Science and Economics from the Wharton Business School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Joseph Sursock is a highly knowledgeable and progressive sales and marketing professional with over 20 years of experience. As Senior Vice President of Blueocean Market Intelligence, Joseph is responsible for strategies and growth for the company's solutions in omnichannel marketing, market intelligence and big data analytics across Europe. As a strategic manager, working with enterprise solutions in leading vertical industries, Sursock previously lead multi-region business units in both software and services organizations. He has delivered complex, process-based solutions in areas such as marketing analytics; customer relationship management; ecommerce management; competitive benchmarking and analytics for retail,

Kumar led the growth of Blueocean Market Intelligence and Cross-Tab Marketing Services as the Group CEO for over a decade, prior to taking up the advisory position of Chief Evangelist.
Prior to joining Blueocean Market Intelligence, Kumar worked with Microsoft for over 13 years in a variety of leadership roles in Market Research, Competitive Intelligence, Corporate Alliances, Business Management,
Kumar has a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Socioeconomics from the University of Iowa and is based in Seattle.
